Oh, By The Way...

I would only suggest the following tweaks...

1. If you don't love the taste of fresh ginger all that much, I would omit the fresh ginger and just add a dash of the spice ginger or nutmeg if you're feeling nutmeggy.

2. The recipe asks you to place pear chunks on foil prior to roasting in the oven. I would suggest sparing your foil with a small amount of baking spray prior to roasting your pears. I had a little issue with the pears sticking to the foil post roasting.
