Boy, oh boy. I went to see Crazy Heart last night with Mr. L, my mom, and her husband. It just makes the last post so much more apropos. Alcohol is bad. Sober is good.Great movie, by the way. Jeff Bridges & Maggie Gyllenhaal were both really amazing. I highly recommend.
On a side note, my Mom & I went wedding dress shopping and I FOUND IT--THE DRESS. I would post a picture, but Mr. L is a reader 'o mine and he can't, under any circumstances, see the gown that I will marry him in until the big day. Let me just say that it's gorgeous, wedding-y, soft and doesn't look anything like this.
